Some customers may see a disabled gift button labeled "Gifting not available in your region" on the storefront, or a similar grey text line at checkout. This is expected behaviour from Wrapped, not an error.
It appears when the connected Gift product is not available in that customer's Shopify market. The most common cause: the gift product is excluded from a market's catalog, or isn't published for that region.
Example: your gift product is available to UK-based markets only. A customer shopping from Canada will see the message instead of gift options.
This only applies when a Gift product is connected to the gift option. Basic mode (no connected gift product) works in all markets.

Make gifting available in the market
If the restriction is unintentional, update the market so the gift product is available there. In the Shopify admin, visit Settings, then Markets, and open the affected market. Include the gift product (and its variants) in the market's catalog, and make sure the product is published to the Online Store sales channel.
The storefront updates within a minute or two of your changes.
Hide gifting in unavailable markets
If the restriction is intentional, you can hide gift options entirely in unavailable markets instead of showing the disabled button.
In Wrapped, open the gift option settings and find the connected Gift product card. Turn on Hide gifting in unavailable markets.

Customize the message
The message text is editable and automatically translated into your published languages.
In Wrapped, open the gift option settings and select Translations in the side panel. Edit the Region unavailable message field and save.
