You can preview your gift blocks in any language published in your Shopify admin and edit the text your customers read in each one, all inside the Gifting editor. The preview updates as you type, so you see the text on the gift block before you save.
Where to find it
In Wrapped, open Gifting for Products or Gifting for Orders, and then press Open editor.
In the side panel, find Settings and press Languages.
Press a language to open its text.

Every published language is listed. Your default language is marked Default. Every other language reads Machine while it uses machine translations, or Human when you turned them off for that language.

Preview a language
Pressing a language switches the preview to that language and opens its text. You can also choose a language in Preview language at the top of the side panel, or step through your languages with the arrows beside it. The gift block in the preview shows the text your customers read in that language.

The Text panel of a language holds every label of the gift block, grouped by where it appears. While Use machine translations is on, each label shows its machine translation, marked with an icon at the end of the field.

Write your own translation
Type over any label. The preview shows your translation, and it stays when the default language label changes. The machine translation icon does not appear on fields with your own translation. Press Save when you are done.

To go back to the machine translation, clear the field and press Save.
đĄ Turn Use machine translations off to show only the translations you wrote. Labels without your own translation then show in your default language.

Nothing changes for your customers until you press Save.
Important notes
Languages are added and published in your Shopify admin under Settings, and then Languages. Manage languages in Shopify at the bottom of the panel takes you there.
Gifting for Products and Gifting for Orders each have their own text in every language.
