NEW: Message-only gifting — A new gift option setting lets shoppers save a gift message on its own, for free, and add your gift product as a separate checkbox on every gift block across your storefront and checkout. The checkbox label is fully customizable and auto-translated, just like your other gift block labels. Learn more

NEW: Gift price shown before saving — When a shopper ticks the checkbox, the Save button shows the gift's price in their own currency, so the cost is clear before it reaches the cart.

NEW: A new engine for classic gift blocks — Storefront gift blocks have been rebuilt on the same modern foundation as the new gifting experience, so shoppers get one cohesive gifting experience across your product pages, cart, drawer, and checkout.

NEW: Customize gift blocks visually in the theme editor — Style your gift blocks directly in the Shopify theme editor with your theme's colors, buttons, spacing, and image options. No CSS needed, and changes preview live as you make them.

NEW: Save and Remove buttons — Shoppers get clear confirmation the moment they add, update, or remove a gift option, with the same familiar buttons across your storefront and checkout. Gift details apply when saved, so nothing changes in the cart by accident.

NEW: Smarter gift displays — A single gift choice shows as a simple one-line option with its image and price, while multiple gift variants and messaging fields expand into a full gifting form only when there's something to choose.

NEW: Support for more complex cart drawers — Gift blocks now appear automatically in more third-party cart drawers, including the latest versions of UpCart and the Section Store cart drawer, with no settings to change.

UPDATE: Theme-proof rendering — Gift blocks now render in their own protected space, keeping their layout crisp on any theme and alongside other apps.

UPDATE: Accessibility improvements — Gift block buttons and fields now announce their state more clearly to screen readers, part of our ongoing work to meet accessibility standards for every shopper.

NEW: Prices in your own currency format — Gift block prices can now match the exact currency format your storefront uses, including regional separators, decimals, and symbol placement (for example 5.000 TL). Contact support if you would like this switched on for your shop.
