B2B Customers
NEW: Hide gift blocks from B2B customers — A new setting on each gift option hides gift blocks from signed-in B2B customers across your storefront and checkout, while retail shoppers continue to see them as normal. Wrapped uses your Shopify B2B customer accounts, so there's nothing to tag or maintain.
International Markets
NEW: Region-aware gift blocks — If your connected gift product isn't available in a shopper's market, the gift launcher now shows a clear "Gifting not available in your region" message on your storefront and at checkout, so shoppers always know why gifting isn't offered. The message is fully customizable and auto-translated, just like your other gift block labels.
NEW: Hide gifting in unavailable markets — Prefer not to show gifting at all in markets where your gift product isn't available? A new setting on the gift product card hides gift blocks entirely for those shoppers.
Features, Fixes, and Improvements
NEW: Emoji preferences apply everywhere — The "Allow customer to use emoji?" setting for gift messaging fields now applies across all storefront gift blocks and checkout, with or without the new gifting experience. Emoji detection also recognizes the latest emoji, including flags, keycaps, and multi-person emoji.
UPDATE: Smoother cart drawer refreshes — Gift options added or removed in third-party and custom cart drawers now update in place, without a full page reload interrupting the shopper.
UPDATE: Deeper UpCart integration — Gift options now land reliably in the UpCart drawer and refresh in place, no reload needed.
UPDATE: The Gift Pulse gifting calendar now only appears when there are upcoming gifting occasions to share.
BUGFIX: Fixed an issue in the gift variant selector where some in-stock gift options could appear greyed out when your gift product's variants don't form a complete grid (for example, a single gift bag or gift note alongside multi-pattern gift wrap).
