You can change the gift product to a different product, or disconnect it so the gift option is free. Both actions are in the gift product actions menu in the Gifting editor.
Where to find it
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps, and then open Wrapped.
On Home, press Edit settings on a gift option.
On the gift option page, press Open editor.
Under Settings, press Gift product.
Beside the gift product’s name, press the … button to open the gift product actions menu.
The menu holds Manage, Change, and Disconnect. Manage opens the product in Shopify’s product editor.
💡 The Gift product card on the gift option page has the same actions in its … menu: Manage product, Change product, and Disconnect. There, Disconnect asks you to confirm first.
Change the gift product
In the gift product actions menu, press Change.
In the Shopify product picker, choose the product you want as the gift product.

The new product replaces the old one, and the message “Gift product connected” appears. Its variants become the gift choices customers see.
Disconnect the gift product
In the gift product actions menu, press Disconnect. It is shown in red. The gift product is disconnected right away, with no need to press Save, and the message “Gift product disconnected” appears.

Disconnecting removes the connection only. The product stays in Shopify as it was, and you can still find it on your Products page.
After a disconnect, the panel shows Sell gift wrap, boxes or cards with the buttons Create gift product and Select gift product. Gift choices are optional and Gift choices appearance are greyed out until a gift product is connected.

What customers see without a gift product
Without a gift product, the gift option is free. The gift block shows the message fields only: To, From, and Message.
The button reads Save with no price. With a gift product, the button shows the price, such as “Save · $12.00”.
