Where do I find the customer added gift options?

Learn how to find the customer added gift options in the Shopify Admin.

When a customer places a Shopify Order with Wrapped gift options and/or gift message added, the order will arrive in your Shopify Admin as any normal order would.

Gift orders are automatically tagged with 🎁 Gift Wrap, or 🎁 Wrapped, or your configured value in each of the gift option settings pages.

Tagged gift orders are easily identified in the Shopify admin and with your own fulfillment workflows. The tag itself can be renamed or removed through your gift option settings in Wrapped.

Gifting for Orders

When using Gifting for Orders [gift blocks] the customer entered information will appear on the right side of the order page in the Shopify Admin, under "Notes" and/or "Additional Details".

Additionally, if you are charging customers a fee for this gift option, the gift message, gift receiver, and gift sender information will also appear below the associated line-item for the gift option. The associated line item will share the Gift Option name under Additional details as the Line-item variant name.

Gifting for Orders does not associate line-items using _Wrapped Bundle.

Gifting for Products

When using Gifting for Products [gift blocks] the customer entered information will appear below each product title on the order page in the Shopify Admin.

The line-items are associated based on the _Wrapped Bundle attribute which helps ensure improved accuracy when fulfilling the order. The regular product and the gift option product will have matching _Wrapped Bundle attributes.
