Wrapped plans, free trials, and partners

We’ve designed our pricing to suit businesses of all sizes. In this article, we’ll break down each plan, who it’s best for, and how billing works.

All plans and charges are in USD, billing is handled directly through your store's Shopify invoice. We reserve the right to offer new plans at any time.

Plans​

Access 1x Plan

  • $19/mo or $15.83/mo billed annually

You have access to all Wrapped features, including the ability to charge for gift options like gift wrap, gift messages, premium packaging, and more.

For stores shipping up to $10,000 USD gift sales per month.

Access 5x Plan

  • $49/mo or $40.83/mo billed annually

  • Save 17% with annual billing

You have access to all Wrapped features, including the ability to charge for gift options like gift wrap, gift messages, premium packaging, and more.

For stores shipping up to $50,000 USD gift sales per month.

Access 10x Plan

  • $99/mo or $82.50/mo billed annually

  • Save 17% with annual billing

You have access to all Wrapped features, including the ability to charge for gift options like gift wrap, gift messages, premium packaging, and more.

For stores shipping up to $100,000 USD gift sales per month.

Access Pro Plan

  • $149/mo or $124.17/mo billed annually

  • Save 17% with annual billing

You have access to all Wrapped features, including the ability to charge for gift options like gift wrap, gift messages, premium packaging, and more.

For stores shipping more than $100,000 USD gift sales per month. This plan is recommended for PLUS stores, large brands, and stores who generate high volume of orders due to sales and seasonal events.

Free Trial

Wrapped includes a 7-day free trial which begins when the app is first installed.

This trial period does not reset when the app is uninstalled and reinstalled at a later date. It's a one-time free trial to test the app and see how it will work and look in your store.

Legacy plans

If you started using Wrapped before we launched our new plans, you may be on a legacy plan. A banner may appear in the Wrapped dashboard or Wrapped billing section.

Customers on legacy plans now have access to all app features, and are also subject to plan limits. Notifications are sent at 90% and 100% of the plan limit, and legacy plans are now being included in these notifications as the two year grace period has concluded.

You’ll only be asked to move to a current plan if a major store update breaks compatibility with your version of the app or your store reaches the legacy plan limit.

We recommend migrating to a new plan early to receive on going benefit and support and access to new features as they are released.

Legacy Flex Plan

The Flex Plan has been retired, new customers are unable to select this plan.

Stores on the Flex Plan currently - may remain on this plan.

You have access to all Wrapped features, including the ability to charge for gift options like gift wrap, gift messages, premium packaging, and more.

This plan is ideal for stores with steady gift order volume and those offering multiple gift options. Both free and paid.

How upselling fees work

You’ll only be charged 1% on revenue from paid gift options (gift variant pricing you set) — not the full order value. Usage is only applied when used by your customers.

💡 Free gift options (like a free message) don’t count toward usage fees.

Example

  1. A customer buys a $45 candle and adds a $5 gift wrapping option.

  2. Your usage fee is 1% of the $5 gift option revenue = $0.05 (5 cents)

  3. You keep 99% of every gift option upsell.

App Spend Limit

By default, we cap usage charges at $15/month, so your total monthly spend is never more than $30 ($15 base + $15 usage). You can increase the app spend limit anytime in your Shopify billing admin.

💡 Note: If you are planning a sale and expecting an increase in order volume - we recommend updating your app spend limit right away so you don't miss out on gift order sales.

Legacy Fixed Plan

The Fixed Plan has been retired, new customers are unable to select this plan.

Stores on the Fixed Plan currently - may remain on this plan.

Cancel plan

You may cancel your plan at anytime, or migrate to a different plan. Cancelling a plan takes effect immediately, and will turn off app features integrated into your Shopify store.

Refunds are not issued for partial usage of your plan if you decide to cancel early.

All plans require full term commitments.

If you cancel by mistake, you will need select a new plan and approve an updated billing term. Your new app plan will be adjusted based on any overlap from your previous plans cycle.

How do I cancel my plan?

In Wrapped visit the Billing page, and press the Cancel Plan button, or uninstall the app from your Shopify apps page.

Developer plan

If you're a registered Partner/Developer, you may be eligible for our Developer Plan. This lets you test any of our paid plans on a development store; free of charge.

The store must be created under a partner account and on the Developer Preview or Development store plan.

This is a courtesy for genuine development and testing use. Abuse of this plan will result in removal for both the developer and connected stores.
